The Survey Question Bank will help you to design and write your survey(s). The questions in the survey bank are aligned with each prompt from the Guide to Reviewing Academic Skills Provision in Colleges, enabling you to select questions that are appropriate for the focus of your survey.
It will be helpful in any survey (student or staff) to include some demographic questions. This might include subject (studied or taught), year group (of student/teaching), or other key demographic details (eg part-time or full-time). In general, it is recommended to include these questions at the end of a survey, as respondents often feel more comfortable answering these questions last.
