Problems accessing Canvas?

If you are getting a message saying you don’t have an account in Canvas, please note:

  • New students: make sure you have activated your SSO if you haven’t already done so. Note a new Single-Sign-On (SSO) takes 24 hours to appear in the system; please wait until the next day and try again. If the problem remains, please contact your local course administrator or call IT Services on 01865 (6)12345.

If you do NOT have an SSO but require access to Canvas:

  • Contact your local course administrator so that they can request an account on your behalf if appropriate. Alternatively, call IT Services on 01865 (6)12345 with details of your requirements.
