Problems accessing Canvas?
Help with accessing Canvas and Canvas courses
If you are getting a message saying you don’t have an account in Canvas, please note:
- New students: make sure you have activated your Single Sign-On (SSO) if you haven't already done so. Please note a new SSO takes 24 hours to appear in the system; please wait until the next day and try again. If the problem remains, please contact your local course administrator or call IT Services on 01865 (6)12345.
If you do NOT have an SSO but require access to Canvas:
- Contact your course administrator so that they can create your account. Alternatively, email firstname.lastname@example.org with details of your requirements.
