Specialist help to support staff moving to teaching remotely in response to Covid-19

The Centre for Teaching and Learning (CTL) supported by the Canvas Programme has launched a dedicated helpdesk service to support staff moving from face-to-face to remote teaching.
The service will provide support from learning technologists, education advisers and Canvas specialists who will help departments, faculties and colleges with any queries related to the delivery of remote teaching.
We can support you with:
Adaptation of courses to reflect your need to prepare for remote teaching
Advising on, delivering and signposting to training as appropriate
Creation and set up of new courses in your VLE
Provision of general advice and any other queries relating to remote teaching provision
The helpdesk is available Monday to Friday from 08:30 - 17:00 and can be contacted by emailing the Remote helpdesk. Please note this helpdesk can only assist with queries relating to remote teaching; you should contact the general helpdesk if your question does not relate to remote teaching.
